Ensure address is correct and if delivering to a business please provide business name and other details that may be relevant. The Wildflower Studio takes no responsibility for deliveries to an incorrect address supplied by the person ordering the flowers. 
 
DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Order before 11 am for same day delivery.
Orders received after 11am may be delivered the following day.
Orders received on Saturday after 11am, Sunday or a Public Holiday will not be delivered until the afternoon of the first working day following.
 
DELIVERY IS UNAVAILABLE ON SUNDAYS OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.

If you do not select the correct delivery fee you will be contacted via email or phone for payment.  
Your order will not be sent until delivery is paid.
If you order incorrectly (i.e change your mind or order out of our delivery area) you will be charged a refund processing fee, which is a percentage of your total original order
