Saturday 4 April 12.30 - 2.00pm
"Autumn winds begin to blow,
coloured leaves fall fast and slow,
whirling, twirling all around,
til at last they touch the ground"
This workshop is for those who don't want to let Summer slide away just yet. Using a variety of late Summer blooms and Autumn leaves with some foraged finds you will create a beautiful wild arrangement in an urn using a mix of traditional and modern techniques so you will be able to repeat the process again and again at home.
You will leave with a floral masterpiece, new skills and a sense of achievement!
I will supply all floral matter & materials including the urn but please feel free to bring flora & foliage from your own garden and surrounds (if available) that you will have easy access to throughout Autumn so you can learn how to use them throughout the season.
A small grazing platter will be supplied along with herbal tea & mulled wine.
The workshop will be held at the 'Nova Hotel' Kiama (next to The Grand) at 31 Bong Bong Street - please register your arrival at the shop.
