Christmas Table Decorating
I have to admit this that for me this is the part of Christmas I love most. Generally I use stuff from around the house, that's right just any old stuff. Tablecloths, sheets (if the tablecloth won't cover the table), fresh green table runners, candles balanced on vintage wine glasses and bowls, place mats made of whatever I can find - cork, banana palm, timber slabs, mirrors & gold charger plates work too. Mis-matched plates, vintage china & crystal collected from junk shops. Just anything I can get my hands on! And I keep it rustic, camellia leaves, vines, moss and the like. A well dressed table makes my heart flutter when I walk in the room especially with candles flickering to create even more magic.
To give you some inspiration I've collected some Pinterest images I adore, maybe you have some of these items at home to decorate your christmas table, get planning it's almost here! And you can pop into the shop this Saturday 9 December from 1.30pm and I'll show you some quick easy ideas to pimp your table this year! Head over to Pinterest and check out The Wildflower Studio - there are some fun boards - like our Christmas Decorating ideas plus loads more!
