Christmas Table Arrangements
Time to start planning your Christmas table arrangement. A few things to consider first... are you placing food on the table? If so you may want to keep your table arrangement smaller or have a few dotted along the table to fit in with platters and bowls of food. If like me you put all the food on a kitchen island or separate table you have a lot more space to play with.
Just remember not to make your table arrangement too high so that it blocks your guests view of each other over the table.
If you are doing a grazing table you may like to wind a garland of flowers through the food.
Here are a few inspiring Christmas images from Pinterest to get your imagination firing!
This one is via Happy Grey Lucky note the layering of plates, napkins and a little floral detail. Love the grouping of glasses and the simplicity of the spruce, candles and pine cones. That gold cutlery adds some subtle colour too.

The ideas below are so simple using things you probably already have at home or are easy to forage.
And now for some colour. The simplicity of this table setting will appeal to the non-traditionalist's wanting something a little different for their Christmas table yet it still hints Christmas with the pomegranate, persimmon and berries. This one via A Beautiful Plate

Or you could go traditional and totally over the top. I would be so excited to sit down to a table like the one below by Pizzazzerie

Maybe your style is earthy and rustic like the arrangement below. Note the contrast between the greenery and dried mushrooms and the shiny baubles via Helen Norman for Southern Living

These festive groupings of flowers & foliage are super easy and quick to throw together
Let's not forget native flowers for a bit of an Australiana feel like this below featured on Polka Dot Bride photographed by Sophie Timothy Photography and styled by Jessica of Eclectic Creative
