Autumn Flowers

Clear blue skies, warm sunny days and cool evenings make Autumn my favourite time of year. And many Autumn flowers are the left overs of late summer such as Sunflowers, Hydrangeas and Veronica. Others come into their own during this season like Dahlias, Snowberry, Campanula and Delphinium.

As it gets cooler and Mother Natures pulls all it's lovelies into her arms for the winter I like to use lots of foliage in my bouquets, Gum is a favourite especially when laden with Gum Nuts. Forage about where ever you can for interesting sticks, leaves and berries to decorate your home and enjoy the cooler weather while it lasts!
