Wedding  T&C's

Now for the Nitty Gritty!

Below you will find the Terms & Conditions that you will need to agree to

when you book services with The Wildflower Studio.

Don't panic, the T&C's below are standard across the wedding industry and

if you have any concerns please get in touch to discuss.



♥︎  Estimate/Quote valid for 30 days only after this time Estimate/Quote will be re-issued

♥︎  All flowers and foliage subject to availability and may be substituted

♥︎  Substitution will be at florist discretion and will be advised to client

♥︎  Final flower selections are made by the florist

♥︎  The Wildflower Studio takes no responsibility for the quality and condition of bouquets or arrangements once they have left the premises

♥︎  It is the responsibility of the client, once bouquets and arrangements have left The Wildflower Studio premises to ensure that bouquets or arrangements are adequately stored in a cool place with a water source until use

♥︎  Prices may change due to seasonal availability/quality and will be advised to client in advance

♥︎  In the event that there is an increase in the prices of specific flowers to be used for your wedding/event you will be given the option to have flowers substituted, a reduction in the amount of blooms to be used or you may prefer to pay the price increase.

♥︎  Payment of deposit means you have agreed to all Terms & Conditions and you will be required to sign a 'Wedding     or Event Agreement' to confirm acknowledgement of Terms & Conditions

♥︎  Deposit is non-refundable

♥︎  Payment by cash or direct deposit only

♥︎  No refund of deposit if wedding is cancelled for any reason within 30 days of wedding/event date where the client opts to not proceed with the wedding or event

♥︎  No refund applies if once booked the wedding/event date is transferred to a date already booked for another client wedding

♥︎  No refund applies if client changes their mind and no longer wishes to use the services of The Wildflower Studio

♥︎  In the event that the wedding/event is postponed, the new wedding/event date must be within 6 months of the original date

♥︎  Changes to Estimate once deposit has been paid are charged at $50 per alteration per revision

♥︎  Consultations must be booked in advance and are online only

♥︎  An initial consultation of 20 minutes is included in package prices

♥︎  Extra consultations are charged at $50 per half hour

♥︎  Changes to Estimate/Quote attracts an extra charge to cover cost of time re-issuing Estimate/Quote

♥︎  No changes/alterations to be made within 30 days of wedding date

♥︎  Final payment is due 30 days before wedding date

♥︎  Inspiration Board/Colour Palette is the intellectual property of The Wildflower Studio and may not be used by another party including Bride or other florist

♥︎  Communication is by phone or email Mon – Fri between the hours of 9am and 4pm

♥︎  Please allow between 3 to 5 days for reply to phone calls and emails

♥︎  No communication will be entered into via any form of Social Media

♥︎  Copies of your original wedding photos to be supplied.  These may appear on social media with credit given to the Bride & Groom (if agreed), Photographer and other wedding vendors whose services or products may appear in the photos
